Gun Lake rests in a valley of natural lakes and man made lakes.
Some of the natural lakes in the region to visit include the Tyaughton,

everyone's attention, when exploring in the region, is Carpenter
Lake.
Each is connected by an extensive network of gravel roads and
wilderness trails. A trail system that attracts many to the region
for mountain biking, hiking, backpacking, dirt biking, atving
